commotion is a fine address for events and incentive travel based in Essen, Germany. Our clients love our concepts, because we create, plan and organize "money can't buy" moments. Not always in every pore, but in a way that guarantees goose bumps for the participants.

We are extremely detail-oriented and that consistently and persistently. We always work very closely and personally with our clients - and have done so successfully for many years.

What do we expect from you?

You should have completed vocational training as a travel agent or a degree with a tourism/event focus and ideally already have practical experience.
If you are or have been working in a comparable position in an agency for some time, that would be one more reason to talk to each other.

Confident handling of MS Office, good written and spoken German and English skills as well as an independent way of working are prerequisites for our international project work.

If you are also communicative, customer-oriented and as detail-oriented as we are, you will be a perfect addition to our team!
